The Teen Impact Awards are presented by Shire and hosted by Patrick Lynch and his team at Believe Limited. These awards bring attention to teens affected by bleeding disorders who make an impact on their communities through their actions and the positive examples they set. If you know of such a teen, whether it’s your child or someone else’s, here's your chance to honor their achievements. Give these teens the recognition they deserve.
Siblings of teens with bleeding disorders and the children of parents with bleeding disorders are also eligible. All teens must be between the ages of 13 and 18.
The 2017 Teen Impact Awards will be presented at a special ceremony during the NHF’s Annual Meeting this summer.
When: Thursday, August 24 at 8 PM
Where: The Hyatt Regency Chicago
Teens who cannot attend NHF's Annual Meeting may still be nominated for a Teen Impact Award. They will be recognized during the ceremony and their award certificate will be delivered to them at home.
I am the parent or legal guardian of the teen I am nominating.
I am nominating a teen who is not my child.
Give an extra dose of recognition to a Teen Impact Award nominee with a Shout Out. Shout Outs allow you to send personalized messages that will be displayed during the Teen Impact Awards ceremony in Chicago. Let the nominees know how proud you are of them!
