The Texas Bleeding Disorders Conference is Almost Here!
Each year, the Texas Central Hemophilia Foundation and the Lone Star Chapter work together to host the Texas Bleeding Disorders Conference. The annual event brings more than 800 people from across the state together for a weekend of education, networking, and fun, and this year is no different.
The 2017 Texas Bleeding Disorders Conference will be held August 4-6 just outside of Houston at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. Visit LoneStarHemophilia.org or TexCen.org to find out how to reserve your spot at the conference.
Schedule of Key Events
Saturday, August 5
A dinner symposium with interactive storytelling for you and your family to participate in will be held at 6 PM. During this educational, fun event, each table will take turns writing a story, one word at a time, in a round-robin style. The whole story will be revealed at the end of the evening.
Right after the dinner symposium at 8 PM, you and your family take part in a cooking demonstration and help the chef prepare Texas-style snacks.
And don’t forget to stop by the Shire booth any time during the conference to say hi!
